The staff are friendly and considerate, explaining things about my accounts without making me feel stupid. They respond quickly to phone calls and e-mails and nag me very nicely when they need information from me so they can meet a deadline which is in my interest e.g. filing my accounts with Companies House. However, what makes them stand head and shoulders above the rest is John Hughes' entrepreneurial approach to his Clients' businesses. He doesn't just look at the numbers but looks for opportunities for them to develop their business - making suggestions, giving them ideas, putting them in touch with each other, or referring them to useful contacts elsewhere. Highly recommended!
